中文摘要: 采用粉末直接压片工艺,运用正交试验设计优选山药粉咀嚼片的处方,并考察其稳定性。结果表明最佳处方 组成为山药粉 ∶ 微晶纤维素 ∶ 硬脂酸镁 ∶ 罗汉果甜苷=250 ∶ 750 ∶ 1 ∶ 5, 所制备的咀嚼片硬度与脆碎度均符合药典要 求。稳定性试验结果表明温度和光照对该咀嚼片的稳定性无明显影响,而湿度对其影响较大,故在生产、包装、储运过 程中应注意防水、防潮。
Abstract:The technique of direct powder compression and orthogonal design were employed to optimize the formulation of yam powder chewable tablet, and the stability was also investigated. The results shown that the optimal formulation of yam powder chewable tablet was as follows: yam powder ∶ microcrystalline ∶ magnesium stearate ∶ mogroside= 250 ∶ 750 ∶ 1 ∶ 5, and the hardness and breakage were met the demand. In addition, be- cause humidity had distinct influence on stability of the chewable tablet, while temperature and light had no in- fluence, it is important to keep away from moisture and water in the process of producing, packaging, storage and transportation.
