中文摘要: 北冬虫夏草副产物为成熟子实体采摘后的培养基残基、菌丝体残体，主要活性成分与子实体相近，为虫草多 糖、虫草酸、虫草素、腺苷类及蛋白质等。采用双频超声波辅助提取技术、酶工程技术，对北冬虫夏草副产物中的虫草 多糖、虫草素、虫草酸、多肽等功能因子进行提取。干燥提取物中多糖含量 25.4 %、虫草素含量 0.6 %、虫草酸含量5.2 %、多肽含量 23.7 %。
Abstract:Cordycepsmilitaris by-products is medium after picked fruit bodyand mycelium.Main active ingredi－ ent is similar to fruiting body including Cordycepsmilitaris polysaccharide， cordyceps acid， cordycepin， adeno－ sine， protein， etc. The research adopts the dual-frequency ultrasound assisted extraction technology， enzyme engineering technology，extract of Cordycepsmilitaris polysaccharide，cordycepin， cordyceps acid， polypeptide， from C.militaris by-products.In the dry extract，polysaccharide content was 25.4 %， cordycepin content was
0.6 %， cordyceps acid content was 5.2 %， polypeptide content was 23.7 %.
