中文摘要: 北冬虫夏草副产物为成熟子实体采摘后的培养基残基、菌丝体残体,主要活性成分与子实体相近,为虫草多 糖、虫草酸、虫草素、腺苷类及蛋白质等。采用双频超声波辅助提取技术、酶工程技术,对北冬虫夏草副产物中的虫草 多糖、虫草素、虫草酸、多肽等功能因子进行提取。干燥提取物中多糖含量 25.4 %、虫草素含量 0.6 %、虫草酸含量5.2 %、多肽含量 23.7 %。
Abstract:Cordycepsmilitaris by-products is medium after picked fruit bodyand mycelium.Main active ingredi- ent is similar to fruiting body including Cordycepsmilitaris polysaccharide, cordyceps acid, cordycepin, adeno- sine, protein, etc. The research adopts the dual-frequency ultrasound assisted extraction technology, enzyme engineering technology,extract of Cordycepsmilitaris polysaccharide,cordycepin, cordyceps acid, polypeptide, from C.militaris by-products.In the dry extract,polysaccharide content was 25.4 %, cordycepin content was 0.6 %, cordyceps acid content was 5.2 %, polypeptide content was 23.7 %.
