Abstract:As people's attachment much weight to food safety， toxic pesticides and veterinary drugs were re－ stricted or prohibited for food in the world countries. So they enacted strict use rules for the maximum residue limits of those pesticides and veterinary drugs. When the rules of maximum residue limits were enacted， it is very important for us to choose the test method of those drugs. So we discussed how to choose the test method in different cases.
