(The detection technology of foodborne pathogens was very important to maintain the food safety of our country. The current detection technology mainly included traditional culture and identification methods and rapid detection methods was based on immunology and molecular biology. In this paper, the technical charac- teristics and application of the above methods were reviewed, and the difficulties and research methods of food- borne pathogen detection technology were analyzed.)
