二硫腙比色法测定核桃多肽口服乳剂中锌含量

中文摘要: 建立测定核桃多肽口服乳剂中锌的二硫腙比色法。利用正交试验确定预处理方法,采用二硫腙一次提取和二 次提取法测定乳剂中的锌,并对两种方法的准确度、精密度和线性进行了验证和比较。乳剂试样预处理最佳条件为:硝 酸:硫酸体积比为 3 ∶ 1 进行炭化,600 ℃、8 h 完全灰化。与一次提取法相比,二硫腙二次提取法测定锌在 0~5.0 μg/mL 范 围内浓度与吸光度相关系数为 0.999 8(n=6),加标回收率 97.21 %~102.21 %,RSD=2.4 %。该法准确度高,精密度好,可用 于测定核桃多肽口服乳剂中的锌含量。

Abstract:To establish the measurement dithizone colorimetry of zinc concentration in walnut polypeptide oral emulsion.Orthogonal experiment was used to confirm the preparation method of sample, then dithizone once ex- traction and twice extraction were to determine the concentration of zinc, and the two kinds of dithizone extrac- tion methods were verified and compared from the accuracy, precision and linearity.The emulsion sample was carbonized by using nitric acid and sulfuric acid (the volume ratio was 3 to 1), the ash temperature was 600 ℃ for 8 h. Moreover, compared to dithizone once extraction method, when the zinc concentration was within range of 5.0 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient of dithizone twice extraction method was up to 0.999 8(n=6), of which the recovery was 97.21 %-102.21 %, and the RSD = 2.4 %. The dithizone twice extraction method was higher accuracy and precision, which can be utilized to determine the zinc concentration in walnut polypeptide oral emulsion.
