中文摘要: 评价原花青素白藜芦醇浆亚慢性毒性,并初步研究其抗氧化功能,为开发其保健功效提供科学依据。采用大鼠90 天喂养试验对原花青素白藜芦醇浆的亚慢性毒性进行评价,并在实验末采血测定血清抗氧化指标。90 天喂养试验结 果显示花青素白藜芦醇浆对大鼠各项指标未产生毒副作用,其最大无作用剂量(NOAEL)大于 7.5 g/kg·BW。雌、雄大鼠 各剂量组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平均有 2 个~3 个剂量组显著高于对照组(P<0.05 或 P<0.01),高剂量组雌、雄大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量低于对照组(P<0.01)。原花青素白藜芦醇浆在本实验条件 下未见有亚慢性毒性,血清抗氧化指标检测结果提示原花青素白藜芦醇浆具有一定抗氧化功能。
Abstract:To study the subchronic toxicity of procyanidins resveratrol by 90-day feeding test in rats,and to ex- plores the antioxidative function in serum of procyanidins resveratrol pulp. 90-day feeding test in rats was used to assess the subchronic toxicity of procyanidins resveratrol pulp, and antioxidant indexes in rat serum were also determined. No obvious adverse effect was observed in the 90-day feeding test in rats. No obvious adverse ef- fects were observed at the dose level of 7.5 g/kg·BW. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glu- tathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) in serum for 2-3 dosage groups in rats were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was significant difference on malondialdehyde(MDA) levels between high groups and the control group (P<0.05). Procyanidins resveratrol pulp was not toxic tested by subchronic toxicity. The change of antioxidant indexes in rat serum indicated that the antioxidant function of procyanidins resveratrol pulp.
