中文摘要: 结合多种指标成分,对西昌产油橄榄茶金榄、银贝、莱星、金豆、配多灵 5 个品种的质量进行科学评价。运用紫 外可见分光光度法、高效液相色谱法、石墨炉原子吸收法等现代科学检测技术,分别测定油橄榄茶中总黄酮、总多酚、橄 榄苦苷、维生素 E 及 4 种重金属元素,以其作为评价指标,结合灰关联度分析方法,考察出最优品种。结果表明:不同品 种油橄榄茶中各评价组分均存在一定差异,其中富含黄酮类及多酚类成分,橄榄苦苷含量高,维生素 E 含量相对较低, 重金属元素均符合国家标准限量,灰关联度大小依次为金榄>配多灵>银贝>莱星>金豆。西昌产 5 个品种油橄榄叶均可 作为茶叶进行开发利用,其中最优品种为金榄,配多灵其次,金豆最次。

Abstract:The qualities of 5 different Olea europaea L. tea from Xichang, namely Jinlan, Yinbei, Laixing, Jindou, Peiduoling were assessed scientifically with multiple marker components. General flavone, total polyphenol, oleuropein, vitamin E and 4 heavy metal elements were determined by UV-VIS spectrophotome- try, HPLC and GFAAS as assessment markers and the best variety had been selected with grey correlation de- gree analysis. Result showed that: the contents of assessment markers from different samples were different. Olea europaea L. tea were rich in flavones and polyphenols, the contents of oleuropein were high, while vita- mine E were relatively less, the contents of heavy metal elements were all under the limits. The grey correlation degree showed Jinlan>Peiduoling>Yinbei>Laixing>Jindou. 5 Olea europaea L. teas all could be developed and applied as tea, among which Jinlan was the best, while Peiduoling was the second and Jindou was the worst.
