中文摘要: 建立快速、准确测定乳饮料中纽甜含量的高效液相色谱检测方法。样品以 20 %乙腈水溶液为提取液,硫酸锌和 亚铁氰化钾为沉淀剂进行前处理,采用 ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,200 nm 检测波长,磷酸氢二铵 (0.020 mol/L,pH 3.5~4):乙腈=(70 ∶ 30)为流动相进行等度洗脱分离。纽甜在 0.2 μg/mL~50.0 μg/mL 范围内线性良好,在0.8 mg/kg~5.0 mg/kg 加标范围内,回收率为 90.1 %~96.1 %,RSD 值为 1.7 %~2.1 %,最低定量限为 0.30 mg/kg。
Abstract:To establish an analysis method for the determination of neotame in milk drinks by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC). Samples were extracted by 20 % acetonitrile water solution as extraction solu- tion, zinc sulfate and potassium ferrocyanide as precipitating agent, and the purified solutions were analyzed by HPLC with a ZORBAX SB-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)using diammonium hydrogen phosphate (0.02 mol/L, pH 3.5-4)- acetonitrile solution(70 ∶ 30)as the mobile phase in equal degree program,the detec- tion wavelength was 200 nm. The standard curves of neotame in the range of 0.2 μg/mL-50.0 μg/mL showed good linearity. The average recoveries of neotame was 90.1 %-96.1 % in range of 0.8 mg/kg-5.0 mg/kg addition, and the relative standard deviation was 1.7 %-2.1 %. The limits of quantitation for neotame was 0.30 mg/kg.
