中文摘要: 以葛根为原料,采取大孔树脂辅助提取葛根素。利用单因素试验和正交试验优化工艺条件。试验结果表明:选 择大孔树脂 D101 型号,葛根与大孔树脂质量比为 1 ∶ 5,采用浓度为 70 %的乙醇洗脱,洗脱速度设置为 3 mL/min 时,葛 根素的提取率可达 1.308 %。
Abstract:The extract of the Pueraria radix were used as the raw material to purify puerarin with macroreticular resin, based on single factor and orthogonal experiments, extraction purification condition was optimized. The results showed that the optimum condition are macroreticular resin D101, Radix Pueraria to macroreticular resin 1 ∶ 5, ethanol concentration 70 %, elution speed 3 mL/min . Under the optimized conditions, the extraction yield of puerarin is up to 1.308 %.
