中文摘要: 采用正交试验设计 9 组不同小包装,分别进行莱阳梨自发气调(MA)贮藏,期间测量了不同包装内气体成分 的变化以及袋内平衡气体组成。利用三元二次回归分析建立了描述袋内平衡气体组成与影响因素之间关系的回归方 程,已知莱阳梨适宜气体组成为 3.2 %CO2 和 14.0 %O2,通过该回归方程可以方便的设计出满足不同规格要求的莱阳 梨自发气调小包装。

Abstract:9 groups of different small packages were designed for modified atmosphere storage of Laiyang pear by orthogonal experiment, and the changes of gas composition and the composition of balanced gas in the differ- ent packages were measured. The regression equation were established to describe the relationship between e- quilibrium gas composition and influencing factors by ternary quadratic regression analysis. Known Laiyang pear suitable gas composition is 3.2 %CO2 and 14.0 %O2, modified atmophere small packages could be easily de- signed through the regression equation to meet the different specifications of Laiyang pear.
