中文摘要: 研究番茄红素保健品酸价的检测方法。样品经过提取后,分别用优化的人工滴定法和自动电位滴定法确定 样品的滴定终点,对测定结果进行对比分析,并进行精密度比较。采用石油醚提取,人工滴定法选用酚酞和百里酚蓝(2 ∶ 3)混合作为指示剂,根据颜色变化确定滴定终点,得到的相对标准偏差为 4.3 %。自动电位滴定法能避免颜色的 干扰,分析方法稳定,相对标准偏差为 1.8 %。本试验确定了针对番茄红素酸价测定的人工滴定法和自动电位滴定法, 两种方法无显著性差异,但自动电位滴定法无需指示剂,精密度更好,结果更准确,值得推广。
Abstract:To establish the determination method of acid value of lycopene .The samples were extracted, and then the acid values were determined by manual titration and potentiometric titration respectively. The accuracy and precision between these two methods were compared. Petroleum ether was used as extracting agent. For the manual titration, the end-point was indicated by the mixture of phenothalin and Thymol blue(2 ∶ 3),the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 4.3 %. For the potentiometric titration, the RSD was 1.8 %.Both the method of manual titration and potentiometric titration meet the requirements for the determination of acid value of ly- copene. There was no significant difference between the two methods,but the later has higher accurate sensitivi- ty and precision.
