中文摘要: 通过建立跑台运动和负重游泳运动的小鼠模型, 分析研制的运动补剂对小鼠骨骼肌自噬相关基因 LC3、Atg7、 Atg9 和 Beclin1 的影响。运动补剂采用玛咖提取物、燕麦提取物、亨育宾提取物、L-精氨酸-α-酮戊二酸盐和蛋白等营养 物质制备,经灌胃的方式使小鼠服用,之后检测跑台运动和负重游泳运动后骨骼肌自噬相关基因的表达水平.与安静组 相比,跑台运动组和负重游泳运动组小鼠在不服用运动补剂的时候均可以提高小鼠骨骼肌细胞的自噬水平(P<0.05), 其中负重游泳运动提升自噬水平更明显。而在摄入运动补剂后,小鼠骨骼肌自噬水平再次提高,其中负重游泳运动配合 运动补剂的方式上升最为明显(P<0.01)。证明我们所制备的运动补剂对提高小鼠骨骼肌细胞自噬水平存在上调作用, 而与无氧运动组合后提升效果更明显。

Abstract:By establishing a mouse model of treadmill exercise and loading swimming sports, analysis the effect of sports supplement in LC3, Atg7, Atg9,Beclin1 of mice skeletal muscle autophagy-related genes. Sports sup- plements prepared using Maca extract, oat extract, Corynante Yohimbe extract, L-arginine-α-ketoglutarate and protein and other nutrients. The mice eated sports supplement by lavage, and detected the autophagy-relat- ed gene expression level in skeletal muscle after the treadmill Exercise and after swimming exercise. Compared with the quiet group, treadmill exercise group and the loading swimming exercise group can improve the au- tophagy level of mice skeletal muscle cells (P<0.05), in which the swimming motion to enhance the level of autophagy more obvious. And after taked sports supplements, the level of skeletal muscle autophagy was in- creased again, where loading swimming sports with sports supplements were increased more obviously(P<0.01). The result proved that sports supplements play a role in the increase the presence of skeletal muscle cell au- tophagy level, and supplements combination with anaerobic exercise could enhance skeletal muscle cell au- tophagy level more obviously.
