中文摘要: 目前传统油料作物产量较低,价格不断攀升,导致食用油供给形势严峻。对比总结了几种产油藻株较传统油 料原料的优势,理论上单位时间和单位面积产量高、并具有可实现大规模工业化生产的潜力等特点。从普通油料作物 及脂肪酸组成方面分析了将产油藻株开发为油料原料的可行性。

Abstract:At present,the production of traditional oil crops is lower,the price is rising,and the supply of edi原 ble oil is grim. In this paper,the advantages of several oil producing strains were summarized,and the charac原 teristics of the unit time and unit area output were high and it had the potential to achieve large-scale industrial production. The feasibility of developing the oil producing strains from the common oil crops and the fatty acid composition was analyzed.
