金针菇不同极性部位的抑菌活性及稳定性

中文摘要: 以金针菇粗提物的不同萃取相为材料,以大肠杆菌、产气杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、蜡状芽孢杆 菌和啤酒酵母为供试菌,通过抑菌圈法和生长速率法探讨金针菇粗提物体外抑菌活性;并以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠 杆菌为供试菌,研究金针菇不同萃取相抑菌稳定性。结果表明,金针菇不同萃取相对金黄色葡萄球菌均有较强的抑制 作用,乙酸乙酯相有显著的抑菌活性。同时,金针菇不同萃取相对革兰氏阳性菌的抑菌活性强于革兰氏阴性菌。金针 菇不同萃取相对金黄色葡萄球菌的 MIC 范围是 3.25 mg/mL~12.5 mg/mL,MBC 范围是 3.25 mg/mL~12.5 mg/mL。并且 金针菇不同萃取相的抑菌活性对温度、紫外光的稳定性较好。可以作为一种保健食品(饮品)进一步开发利用。
Abstract:Using Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphyloccocus aureus,Bacillus cereus,Aerobacter aerogenes,Saccharomyces cerevisiae as tested microorganism to investigate the antimicrobial activity of F. velutipes extracts in vitro and each phase by determining the bacteriostatic circle and growth rate. The antimicrobial stability of F. velutipes extracts was also studied using Staphyloccocus aureus and Escherichia coli as the tested bacterial. The results revealed that F. velutipes extracts in vitro and each phase had strong antibacterial activities. Ethyl acetate phase showed significantly inhibit bacterial activity. Meanwhile,F. velutipes extracts in vitro and each phase had stronger bacteriostatic activity on gram-positive bacteria than gram-negative bacteria. The scope of Staphyloccocus aureus MIC was 3.25 mg/mL-12.5 mg/mL,MBC range from 3.25 mg/mL-12.5 mg/mL. The results showed that the extracts and each phase were stable to temperature,ultraviolet. F. velutipes had good antibacterial activities and antifungal activities. It can be used as a kind of healthy food( drink)for furtherdevelopment and utilization.
