中文摘要: 采用微波消解-原子荧光光谱技术,通过单因素和响应面试验,对测定硒含量的方法进行了优化研究。并对15 种农产品中的硒含量进行了快速准确的测定。结果表明:最优工作参数为硼氢化钾浓度 1.5 %,盐酸介质浓度10 %,载流盐酸浓度 5 %。该方法的相对误差 0.20 %,加标回收率在 98.50 %~104.8 %之间。准确检测了 15 种农产品 中的硒含量,为研究农产品硒含量提供理论依据,为人们合理摄入富硒食品提供科学指导。
Abstract:The method of microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectroscopy for determination of selenium content had been optimized by using single factor and response surface experiments. The contents of selenium in 15 kinds of Agricultural products were determined accurately and rapidly. The optimal concentration parameters were 1.5 % for potassium borohydride, 10 % for hydrochloric acid media and 5 % for current -carrying hy- drochloric acid. The relative error of the method was 0.20 % and adding standard recovery was 98.50 %-104.8 %.
