中文摘要: 以“卡拉克塞”伽师瓜为试验材料,采用甜瓜基因组辅助设计超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)基因扩增引物。以伽师瓜cDNA为模板克隆超氧化物歧化酶基因CDS区序列,获得三条超氧化物歧化酶基因序列,分别命名为JSGSOD1(Genebank登录号KT160023)、JSGSOD2(Genebank登录号KT160024)和JSGSOD3(Genebank登录号KT160025),序列长度分别为987bp、804bp和459 bp。伽师瓜SOD与甜瓜SOD具有高度的同源性。JSGSOD1含CuSOD结构域,JSGSOD2含FeSOD家族结构域,而JSGSOD3含Cu/ZnSOD家族结构域。并利用相关软件对其理化性质分析和亚细胞器定位进行了预测分析。
Abstract:Melon genome was used to design superoxide dismutase(SOD)gene amplification primers.Three superoxide dismutase gene sequences obtained from“kalakesai”Jiashi melon cDNA were named as JSGSOD1 (Genebank accession number:KT160023),JSGSOD2(Genebank accession number:KT160024)and JSGSOD3 (Genebank accession number:KT160025),sequence lengths were 987 bp,804 bp and 459 bp,respectively. Jiashi melon SOD and melon SOD had a high degree of homology.JSGSOD1 contained CuSOD family domain,JSGSOD2 contained FeSOD family domain,JSGSOD3 contained Cu/ZnSOD family domain.The paper also analyzed its physical and chemical properties and subcellular localization analysis with relevant software.
