桑黄不同组分抗氧化活性的比较分析

中文摘要: 采用铁离子还原/抗氧化力测定法(ferric reducing/antioxidant power assay,FRAP)、邻苯三酚法、水杨酸法,比较研究桑黄不同极性组分的抗氧化活性。结果显示,4种桑黄不同组分体外总抗氧化能力高低顺序依次是:水溶性组分>乙酸乙酯组分>乙醇组分。在清除羟自由基(·OH)试验中发现石油醚组分对羟自由基清除能力最强,远远高于水溶性成分,乙酸乙酯组分和乙醇组分也很强。在清除超氧阴离子(O2-·)试验中发现乙醇组分活性最高,石油醚组分次之。

Abstract:FRAP method,pyrogallol antioxidation method and salicylic acid method were used to determine the antioxidant activities of the different components from Phellinus igniarius.The results suggested that the total antioxidant capacity order from strong to weak was as followes:water soluble fractions>ethyl acetate fractions>ethanol fractions.In the scavenging of hydroxyl radical(·OH),the highest scavenging capacity of the petroleum ether fraction was found in the experiment.Ethyl acetate fractions and ethanol fractions were also very strong in the scavenging of hydroxyl radical(·OH).In the scavenging activities on superoxide anion free radical(O2-·),the scavenging capacity of ethanol fractions was the highest.The second was petroleum ether fractions in the scavenging activities of superoxide anion free radical(O2-·).These results suggested that the non polysaccharide component in Phellinus phellinus were important.In future research,the study of these components should be studied more.
