中文摘要: 研究香椿子不同极性萃取物体外抗氧化活性。采用75%乙醇提取、不同极性有机溶剂萃取,得到石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇、水4个萃取物,考察其总还原力、DPPH·清除能力,比较香椿子不同极性萃取物抗氧化活性;UV法初步判断所含官能团和化合物类别。结果表明,香椿子不同极性萃取物具有一定抗氧化作用,总还原力顺序为:石油醚>乙酸乙酯>正丁醇>水;DPPH·清除能力顺序为:乙酸乙酯>水>石油醚>正丁醇,其中石油醚和正丁醇线性关系较好,EC50值分别为0.4907mg/mL和0.6091mg/mL;UV法推断香椿子中可能含蒽醌类、苯丙素类、木脂素类、香豆素类等酚羟基成分。

Abstract:The antioxidant activities of different polarities extracts from Toona sinensis seeds was studied.Toona sinensis seeds was extracted with 75%alcohol.Four extracts were obtained by using different polarities of solvents,such as petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-Butanol and water.The antioxidant activities of different polarities extracts from Toona sinensis seeds was compared by using total antioxidant activity and DPPH free radicals scavenge activity.UV method preliminarily estimated that different polarities extracts from Toona sinensis seeds contains functional groups and compound categories.Different polarities extracts from Toona sinensis seeds had some antioxidation activities,total antioxidant activity order:petroleum ether>ethyl acetate>n-butanol>water;DPPH free radicals scavenge activity order:ethyl acetate>water>petroleum ether>n-butanol.Linear relationship of petroleum ether and n-butanol were better.EC50 values were 0.490 7 mg/mL and 0.609 1 mg/mL;UV method showed that Toona sinensis seeds might contain anthraquinones,phenylpropanoids,lignans and coumarins et al.
