中文摘要: 对人参冻干超微粉的总皂苷微波辅助萃取工艺进行优化。试验结果表明人参总皂苷微波萃取的最优条件是:乙醇浓度为85%;萃取时间为25 min;萃取温度为60℃;料液比为1∶12(g/mL),萃取次数为3次。在此条件下人参总皂苷含量可达12.69 mg/L。微波萃取相比回流萃取法、索式萃取法、浸渍法和渗漉法,其人参总皂苷含量提高29%~41%,表明微波萃取人参中总皂苷是一种高效可行的制备方法。

Abstract:The process of microwave assisted extraction was used to extract ginsenoside from Ginseng powder by Freeze drying and superfine grinding.The optimum process conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration was 85%;microwave assisted extraction time was 25 min;material-solution ratio was 1∶12(g/mL);microwave assisted extraction temperature was 60℃;times of microwave assisted extraction was 3.The content of total ginsenoside was up to 12.69 mg/L under above process conditions.The ginseng total saponin content by microwave assisted extraction increased by 29%-41%,compared with the content by the reflux extraction,Soxhlet extraction,soaking method and percolation method,so total saponins from Ginseng powder could be effectively extracted by microwave.
