中文摘要: 研究超声辅助β-环糊精(β-CD)介质中提取山楂中的熊果酸,分光光度法测定山楂中熊果酸的得率。在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验,以山楂中的熊果酸含量为指标,分别考察所选的各因素对超声波法提取工艺的影响,并研究其抗菌作用。结果表明:最佳的提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度为80%,超声波功率240 W,超声提取时间30 min,液料比30∶1(mL/g),温度为50℃,β-CD的用量m(山楂)∶m(β-CD)为1∶1为最佳工艺条件。山楂中的熊果酸得率为:7.264 mg/g。β-CD的加入有效的提高了熊果酸的得率。通过对照试验可知熊果酸对大肠杆菌,枯草杆菌具有抗菌作用。

Abstract:To study the extraction of ursolic acid from Hawthorn by ultrasonic-assisted β-CD.The yield of the ursolic acid was determined by UV-spectrophotometry,based on the single factor test and orthogonal test using ursolic acid as an index.The influence of various factors on the extraction process of ultrasonic wave was detected.The optimum extraction conditions were 80%ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power of 240 W,extraction time of 30 min,liquid-solid ratio of 30∶1(mL/g),the temperature of 50℃,β-CD of the amount m(hawthorn)∶m(β-CD)of 1∶1.Ursolic acid yield of Hawthorn:7.264 mg/g.The yield of ursolic acid was obviously increased in the presence of β-CD.The results shows of contrast test:ursolic acid on escherichia coli,bacillus subtilis has antibacterial effect.
