中文摘要: 利用微波辅助技术进行吴茱萸多糖提取,通过单因素试验确定因素与水平。在其基础上,依据响应面分析法研究了微波功率、提取时间、提取次数和液料比对吴茱萸多糖提取率的影响,确定微波提取吴茱萸多糖的最佳工艺参数为:微波功率390W、提取时间为101s、提取次数2次、料液比为103∶1(mL/g)。经验证试验测定多糖提取率为21.01%,与预测的最大响应值(吴茱萸多糖提取率为21.90%)的相对偏差为4.06%。
Abstract:The extraction of polysaccharide of evodia with microwave-assisted method,the factors and levels were determined through single factor experiment.The effects of microwave power,extraction time,extraction times and material-liquid ratio on extraction rates of ERP were studied based on of single factor experiment with response surface methodology.The optimum conditions for the extraction polysaccharides of evodia were as follows:390 W of microwave power,101 s of extraction time,twice for extraction times and the material-liquid ratio of 103∶1(mL/g).Under this condition,the model predictive and experimental value of evodia polysaccharides yield were 21.90%and 21.01%,respectively.The relative standard deviation was 4.06%.
