中文摘要: 从土壤样本中分离得到1株酶活性质较高的菌株,采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸显色法(DNS)进行酶活性测定,测定结果表明该菌株产酶的最适反应温度为50℃;温度在40℃~60℃时,酶有较高的热稳定性;最适反应pH 5.0;pH在4~6时,酶稳定性达到75%以上;Ca2+、Mn2+是酶反应的促进剂,Pb2+、Hg2+为酶反应的抑制剂。

Abstract:From the nature of a strain isolated from soil samples of enzyme activity of high strain,and their enzyme activities were determined by DNS method.The enzyme activity results showed that the strain enzyme optimum temperature of 50℃;temperature in 40℃-60℃,enzymes had higher thermal stability;the optimum reaction pH was 5.0;pH in 4-6,enzyme stability was above 75%;Ca2+,Mn2+was enzyme reaction promoter,Pb2+and Hg2+was enzyme reaction inhibitors.
