中文摘要: 茶油中不同程度地存在着PAHs污染而影响食用安全。测定4种食品用活性炭的结构特性,并进行脱除茶油中PAHs的吸附研究,筛选出吸附率较好的活性碳品种,进一步研究其用量、吸附时间及吸附温度对吸附率的影响。结果表明,具有高比表面积的ACN活性炭能较好地吸附脱除茶油中的PAHs,其适宜吸附的条件是活性炭对茶油的体积质量分数0.5%~1.0%、时间30min及温度90℃以上。

Abstract:The polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)could pollute camellia seed oil in its processing progress and lead to the concern of food safety.Four activated carbons(AC)were examined for its structure characteristics and screened to obtain the optimal one which could absorb the PAHs in the camellia seed oil.The dosage,time and temperature of adsorption were evaluated for screened AC to get optimal conditions.The results indicated ACN was a kind of prospective AC with high relative superficial area,and could efficiently ab sorb the PAHs in the camellia seed oil.The dosage,time and temperature of adsorption were respectively 0.5%-1.0%of AC weight against oil volume,30 min and over 90℃to achieve better absorption rate of PAHs in camellia seed oil.
