中文摘要: 为探查红枣中未知有害添加物,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定红枣及其制品中山梨酸、苯甲酸和脱氢乙酸含量。结果表明:浓度在12.5μg/mL~100μg/mL范围内,苯甲酸、山梨酸与脱氢乙酸成良好的线性关系,标准曲线分别为y=3×106x-53 924,r=0.999 9;y=6×106x-114 017,r=0.999 9;y=3×106x-84 592,r=0.999 9;最低检测限分别为0.36、0.38、0.56 mg/kg;平均回收率分别为101.4%、100.6%、100.2%。结果发现,43批不同产地不同品种红枣及其制品中,脱氢乙酸未检出;1批红枣制品检出山梨酸(0.072 8 g/kg);23批红枣检出苯甲酸(0.009 5 g/kg~0.118 0g/kg),并经质谱定性确证。
Abstract:To find the unknown injurious additives in jujube,High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)was used to determine benzoic acid,sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid in jujube.The results showed that benzoic acid,sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid had good linear relations when the concentration was in the range of12.5μg/mL-100μg/mL.Standard curves were y=3×106x-53 924,r=0.999 9;y=6×106x-114 017,r=0.999 9;y=3×106x-84 592,r=0.9999.The average recoveries of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and dehydroacetic acid were 101.4%,100.6%,100.2%.Their lowestlimits ofdetection were 0.36,0.38,0.56 mg/kg.In addition,Dehydroacetic acid had not been detected among 43 kinds ofdifferent habitats and species of jujube and its related products.Sorbic acid had been detected in one sample(0.072 8 g/kg).And benzoic acid had been detected in 23 samples(0.009 5 g/kg-0.0118 0 g/kg).Above detections had proved by Mass Spectrometer.
