中文摘要: 为了探究不同发酵条件对桔梗降血糖作用的影响。通过体内试验研究发酵桔梗对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用;体外试验测定发酵桔梗对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠肝/肌糖原、血清中T-SOD和MDA含量的影响,从抗氧化角度研究桔梗的降血糖效果。结果表明不同发酵条件下的桔梗对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠具有降血糖作用,且发酵处理的桔梗降血糖作用更为明显。

Abstract:In order to explore the influence of different conditions about the hypoglycemic effect of Platycodon grandiflorum,the vivo experiments were used to explore the hypoglycemic of fermented Platycodon grandiflorum on type II diabetes rats.The vitro experiments were used to measure the T-SOD,MDA levels and the liver/muscle glycogen content of type II diabetes rats.Then study the hypoglycemic effect of fermented Platycodon grandiflorum from the antioxidant angle.The results showed that Platycodon grandiflorum under different fermentation conditions had a certain role in hypoglycemic activity on type II diabetes rats.The hypoglycemic effect of the fermented Platycodon grandiflorum was more obvious than unfermented.
