中文摘要: 用乙醇做溶剂,分别采用超声辅助法和回流法从葛根中提取有效成分葛根素,考察了反应时间、反应温度、固 液比、乙醇浓度等因素对提取率的影响,并采用正交设计进行了优化。研究结果表明,乙醇回流法提取葛根素的最佳工 艺条件为:乙醇浓度 75 %,提取温度 90 ℃,提取时间 90 min,固液比为 1 ∶ 20(g/mL),葛根素的提取率为 86.20 %;超声波 辅助法提取葛根素的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度 60 %,提取温度 80 ℃,固液比为 1 ∶ 20(g/mL),提取时间 50 min,葛根素 的提取率为 95.85 %。超声波辅助提取的提取率明显高于乙醇回流法。
Abstract:Active ingredients puerarin was extracted from pueraria via ultrasound method and reflux method, respectively. Effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration on the ex- traction rate were investigated. And then optimized process was designed through orthogonal design. The results demonstrated that the optimum conditions by ethanol extraction was ethanol concentration 75 % , extraction temperature 90 ℃, extraction time 90 min, solid-iquid of 1 ∶ 20 (g/mL). The resulting extracting rate of puer arin was 86.20 %. The optimum conditions of ultrasonic assisted extraction method was ethanol concentration 60 %, extraction temperature 80 ℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 20 (g/mL), extraction time 50 min. The puerarin extraction rate was up to 95.85 %. The extraction rate by ultrasonic way was significantly higher than the way of ethanol refluxing.
