中文摘要: 采用微波消解法对蘑菇样品进行前处理, 氢化物发生- 原子荧光法进行测定, 测得蘑菇中砷含量的平均值为 0.24 mg/kg。用加标回收率评价方法的准确性,回收率为 90.3 %~105.0 %。

Abstract:The mushroom samples were pretreated by microwave digestion, hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry determination. The average value of arsenic in mushroom was 0.24 mg/kg. Accuracy were evaluated by the recoveries, the recoveries were between 90.3 %-105.0 %.
