中文摘要: 介绍了刺梨胶原蛋白片的制备方法,对贵州刺梨鲜果通过系列工序处理好的果块,进行真空冷冻干燥,经粉碎 等处理而得到的刺梨冻干粉,在其中添加胶原蛋白粉、葡萄籽提取物、甘露醇、木糖醇、微晶纤维素、淀粉、硬脂酸镁等辅 料进行过筛、混匀、制粒、干燥、整粒、总混、压片、包装及检验等工艺而制成的产品。通过正交试验,最终确立了产品的最 优配方和生产工艺。
Abstract:This paper introduced the preparation method of roxburgh rose collagen tablets. The Guizhou fresh roxburgh roses processed into fruit pieces with a series of procedures received vacuum freeze drying and pulver- ization to get roxburgh roses freeze-dried powder. Auxiliary additives such as collagen powder, grape seed ex- tract, mannitol, xylitol, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, magnesium stearate, etc. were added. The subse- quent productions were completed after procedures of sieving, mixing, granulating, drying, granulating, total blending, tabletting, packaging, testing and so on. After the orthogonal test, the optimized formula and produc- tion processes were finally established.
