Abstract:This study had established a HPLC-FD method for determining the concentration of aflatoxins in Biotaorientalis. The sample extraction solution was purified by immune affinity column and derived with post-column photochemical. The aim components were detected by fluorescence detector. The linear range of the standard curve of aflatoxins G2 and B2 were 1.25 pg-50 pg， and those of aflatoxins G1 and B1 were 5 pg-200 pg. The recoveries were 79.29 %-102.53 %.
