Abstract:Hydroxyapatite, known as an active biomaterial, is widely used in biomedicine,food hygiene and- high performance liquid chromatographyareas. In this paper, the applications of hydroxyapatite in the field of food hygiene are reviewed.At the same time, the absorption mechanism of hydroxyapatite is summarized and the research tendency in this field is also pointed out.
