中文摘要: 本文从不同种乳酸菌的降血糖作用、乳酸菌对糖尿病模型小鼠和糖尿病患者的肠道微生态结构的影响和乳酸 菌降血糖的作用机制等方面综述了目前国内外乳酸菌降血糖作用的研究成果,在此基础上,笔者提出了关于研究乳酸 菌降血糖作用的物质基础的设想,希望能够为今后将乳酸菌及其产物应用于糖尿病的防治提供有用的理论支持。

Abstract:The hypoglycemic activity of different lactic acid bacteria,the effect of lactic acid bacteria on micro ecological structure of intestinal canal in diabetic model mice and diabetics and the mechanism on the hypoglycemic activity at home and abroad were summaried,additionaly,the assumption about studying on the bioactive compounds of lactic acid bacteria was proposed in the paper. The reference were supplied to the application of lactic acid bacteria and its metabolites for prophylaxis and treatment of diabetes in future.
