Abstract:The “Drainage oil” event reports on the network recently caused people's huge dissatisfaction and heat discussion of endless food safety issues in china. Food safety issues need to be solved urgently. How to carry out the “management of whole process from farm to table” on food safety has become the focus of researchers， the supervision departments have great responsibilities. In this paper，AHP is used to compare the supervision importance of production link，logistic link and sales link of food supply chain. Quantitative and qualitative su鄄 pervision weights of the possible risks of each link are given and sorted，supervision of all links are sorted，and guidance for the supervision department. Then this paper gives reasonable proposal to relevant department.
