中文摘要: 建立高效液相法色谱测定人参果蔬酵素中的人参皂甙 Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd 的含量,用于评价产品的优劣。 色谱条件:DiamonsilC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈与 0.05 mol/L 磷酸二氢钾水溶液,流 速 1 mL/min,梯度洗脱检测波长为 203 nm。该方法对人参皂甙 Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd 具有良好的线性,相关系数在0.999 3~0.999 9 之间;重复性和精密度良好,样品加标回收率在 92.00 %~101.50 %之间。RSD 小于 5%;检出限低。该方法 线性范围广,准确性和精密度良好,操作较简便,结果满意,能满足日常检验要求。
Abstract:To determine the content of panaxosides,such as Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd in enzyme of ginseng and fruit and vegetable,to evaluate the quality of the products, the HPLC method was established. Chromatographic conditions:Diamonsil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)chromatographic column,flow phase for acetonitrile and 0.05 mol/L KH2PO4 aqueous solution,flow rate was 1 mL/min,gradient elution detection wavelength at 203 nm. The method had good linear correlation coefficient Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rd and the correlation coefficient was between 0.999 3 and 0.999 9. The recovery rate was between 92 % and 101.50 %.RSD was less than 5 %,the detection limit was low. The method has a wide linear range,good accuracy and precision,the operation is simple,the results are satisfactory,can meet the daily inspection requirements.
