中文摘要: 评价微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定锅巴中钠含量的不确定度。建立ICP-AES法测定锅巴中钠含量的数学模型,对不确定度来源分析和计算,对各不确定度分量进行合成和扩展,得到钠含量的不确定度。结果表明测量重复性和标准曲线拟合线性方程引起的不确定度是不确定度的主要来源,锅巴中钠含量可表示为(572±12)mg/100 g(k=2)。
Abstract:Uncertainty for determination of sodium in rice crust by ICP-AES with microwave digestion was evaluated. A mathematic model was established by analyzing the uncertainty sources from different parts. The uncertainty of sodium content was calculated by synthesis and extension of each uncertainty components. The results showed that the fitted linear equation for the standard curve and the measurement repeatability were the main sources of uncertainties. The sodium content in rice crust was determined to be(572±12)mg/100 g(k=2).
