中文摘要: 采用超声波辅助提取法及响应面分析法研究了马尾松松塔中多酚的提取工艺。经响应面分析法优化得到的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度65 %、超声时间30 min、超声功率40 W、pH7,多酚提取率为12.68 mg/g。试验结果表明,马尾松松塔含有较为丰富的多酚,具有研究开发的价值。
Abstract:Based on ultrasonic-assisted extraction,response surface methodology were applied to optimize conditions of polyphenols extraction from pinecone of Pinus massoniana. The optimum conditions as follows:the concentration of ethanol 65 %,extraction time 30 min,power 40 W,pH7. The extraction yield on this condition was 12.68 mg/g. The results showed that pinecone of Pinus massoniana had great development value.
