Abstract:Nutrient enrichment was an important technique in the modern military food production and satisfy different people's nutritional requirements. This method was widely used in the world. As for servicemen， nutrient enrichment was important. But there were some problems in our army's nutrient enrichment. For example， variety was small and the standard system was not perfect. We should take measures to improve the level of the nutrient enrichment.
