中文摘要: 将量子点与抗黄曲霉毒素 M1(AFM1)的单克隆抗体偶联,以 AFM1-BSA 偶联物包被于 NC 膜作为检测线,山 羊抗鼠二抗包被于 NC 膜上作为质控线,构建了直接竞争检测 AFM1 的荧光定量免疫层析检测卡体系,在 0.156 μg/L~ 1.25 μg/L 范围内能够准确定量黄曲霉毒素 B1,灵敏度达到 0.156 μg/L。
Abstract:By conjugating ployclonal antibody of anti- AFM1 and quantum dots, the system of fluorescent quantitative immunochromatogragphic card was established. The detection line is established by coating NC film with AFM1-BSA conjugate. The detection line is established by coating NC film with sheep anti-rat second antibody. This system could quantified AFM1 correctly in the range of 0.156 μg/L-1.25 μg/L. The sensitivity of the detection card was 0.156 μg/L.
