响应面法优化紫薇花色素的提取工艺

中文摘要: 对紫薇花色素的提取工艺进行研究,在单因素试验的基础上,根据 Box-Behnken 试验设计对工艺进行了优化。 结果表明:紫薇花色素溶液的吸收光谱在波长为 576.1 nm 处有明显的吸收峰,可作为测定紫薇花色素溶液吸光度的特 定波长。其优化工艺为:超声功率为 400 W,超声时间为 20 min,温度为 53 ℃,料液比为 1 ∶ 36(g/mL),乙醇体积分数为50 %,得紫薇花色素提取液的平均吸光度为 0.670 231,与理论预测值 0.674 841 的误差为 0.7 %,说明采用响应面法优化 结果可靠。

Abstract:This thesis analyzed the extraction conditions for natural pigment from Lagerstroemia indica Flowers by using ultrasonic treatment extraction. The single factor and Box-Behnken experimental design was used to optimize the extraction process of pigment from Lagerstroemia indica Flowers. The results showed that the extracted pigment was determined by measuring the absorbance at the maximum absorption wavelength of 576.1 nm. It′s optimum conditions were shown as follows: power for 400 W, time for 20 min, temperature of 53 ℃, ratio of material to liquid of 1 ∶ 36 (g/mL),50 % ethanol concentration, in this conditions, the predicted absorbance of pigment extracts was 0.674 841 and the actual value was 0.670 231,showing the error of 0.7 %.So the extraction results were reasonable and reliable.
