Abstract:To determine the content of （Proanthocyanidins） in blueberry products on the market by ultraviolet spectroscopy， absorbencies of samples were detected at 546 nm， the result indicated that there was a good linear relationship between the absorbency and the content of PC in the range of 10 μg/mL-150 μg/mL. It's suggested to label the content of PC and use it as a key indicator for blueberry products.
