中文摘要: 对农药检测前处理方法进行研究,建立合适的样品提取、净化、浓缩的前处理方法,确保色谱分析测定时无样 品基质的干扰,从而为测定的结果提供了保证,并延长色谱柱的寿命,降低了实验成本。香菇样品以乙腈为提取剂,涡旋 振荡 10 min 后,经 C18 SPE 粉、PSA SPE、无水硫酸镁净化浓缩后,经气相色谱分析验证。所得回收率在 95 %以上,RSD 在3 %以下,结果令人满意。该农药残留检测前处理新技术有效。
Abstract:This experiment is mainly to pesticide detection pretreatment method was studied, establish proper sample pretreatment method of extraction, purification, concentration, and ensure that when chromatographic determination without the interference of sample matrix, so as to guarantee for the measured results, and prolong the life of chromatographic column, reduce the experiment cost.Mushroom samples with acetonitrile as extraction agent, the vortex oscillation after 10 min, by using C18 SPE powder, PSA SPE, anhydrous magnesium sulfate purification, concentrated bullishness of chromatographic analysis.The recovery rate was above 95 %, RSD under 3 %, the result was satisfactory.The pesticide residue detection pretreatment technology effectively.
